Hat Pun Contest

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 17, 2025

By submitting an entry to the Best Hat Pun Contest hosted by I WEAR YOUR HAT (“the Contest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

Open to individuals residing in the USA aged 18 or older.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.

2. Entry Guidelines

Submissions must be original hat-related puns created by the entrant.
Unlimited submissions.
Offensive, hateful, plagiarized, political or inappropriate entries will be disqualified.

3. Contest Period

Entries must be posted by September 30, 2025.
Winners will be announced via social media October 15, 2025.

4. Prizes

One (1) winner will receive:

Noel will wear a hat inspired by your pun on a day of your choice (subject to calendar availability)
A free I WEAR YOUR HAT cap with your pun on it!

Additional entries may be highlighted or shared at our discretion.

5. Rights & Usage

By submitting an entry, you grant I WEAR YOUR HAT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your pun and name (first name or social handle only) for promotional purposes, including on our website, social platforms, merchandise, and marketing materials.

You retain ownership of your pun but agree we may use it in connection with I WEAR YOUR HAT.

6. Disclaimers

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or disqualify entries or the contest itself if fraud, technical issues, or unexpected circumstances interfere with fairness or safety.
We are not responsible for late, lost, or incomplete entries due to internet or technical issues.

7. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of contest administration and prize delivery.
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
